“As you start to walk on the way, the way appears.”
Rumi
Many of us in these times are facing a huge amount of change and with this change comes heightened emotions, relational shifts and a re-evaluation of what is important.
Mental health is a now a normal part of conversation in workplaces, schools and families and this is something to be grateful for as maybe we can realise that it is not just us struggling, feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
It is ultimately our responsibility to grow and to deal with what is holding us back from living the life we desire. That said sometimes we are dealing with circumstances that are unjust, systemic and abusive. Healing from trauma is essential to be able to improve your quality of life in these circumstances.
Counselling support is available for you heal, process, to re-build, to grow and to return to your self.
